The annual “Denk ich an Deutschland” conference, started in 2009, by the Alfred Herrhausen Gesellschaft and the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung focuses on Germany’s strengths, weaknesses, problems, and visions for the future. Distinguished guests from political, economic, scientific, religious, and cultural backgrounds come together at the conference to lead a discussion about present and future issues.

TRIAD Berlin breaks down the complex issues of the conference series with various design approaches throughout the space. Discussions and lectures are supported by a room-within-a-room staging concept. The scenographic interpretations are inspired by the already discussed central theme and give the conference brand “Denk ich an Deutschland” a consistent and at the same time an exceptional visual appearance.

In addition to varying floor graphics, other different elements such as mirrors,
ropes, and cubic forms are used in the spatial staging of the room.
