On behalf of the Schaeffler Group, TRIAD Berlin was responsible for the event management of the Schaeffler Executive Meeting 2018 in Prague. In close cooperation with the globally active automotive and industrial supplier, the two-day conference program has been designed and created by TRIAD – including location scouting, speaker management, conception of workshop formats as well as the accompanying program and evening program. The most prominent guest speaker was solar flight pioneer Bertrand Piccard.

TRIAD was responsible for the graphic and scenographic design, the media feature design and all the technology of the executive meeting. A company film specially produced by TRIAD for the event opened the conference.

The Executive Meeting included a varied partner program, a joint excursion of around 250 participants and three evening events, one of them a gala evening at the Žofín Palace with a 40-member orchestra and a flash mob opera with 12 singers.
